A Canuda Descent
A 16km kayak descent that starts at “A Canuda” Park in Salvaterra and ends in Tui at our Activity Center. We depart from the meeting point of two medieval cities that still preserve their unique defensive architectures on the border that the Miño River creates with Portugal. You will find a calm river with abundant vegetation shores and river beaches where you can enjoy pleasant swims during the descent. This stretch of the Miño River is very navigable, which will make you enjoy the kayak route regardless of your experience level (or even if you lack it).
- Ideal season for performing: from June to August.
- Duration: This tour takes around 6 hours to complete, including transportation time.
- Difficulty level: low, recommended for families, schools, and all kinds of groups.
- Prize: 30€ per person,adults and over 12 years and 15€ children under 12 years.

Descenso O Cunquedo
This is a 7 km kayaking descent that starts at the riverside of Caldelas de Tui, at the foot of the thermal waters spa. It runs through numerous beaches, river islands and the still waters of “O Cunquedo” (where, depending on the tide, you can enjoy a calm river branch full of animal life) until reaching the Las Areneras Beach, from which you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of two fortress cities, Tui and Valença do Minho. This stretch of the river is very calm, ideal for those who want to enjoy a short kayaking day on the Miño.- Ideal season for performing: from June to August.
- Duration: Around three hours in length, including travel time.
- Difficulty level: low. It is a stretch of river that is very navigable.
- Prize: €20 per person, adults and those over 12 years of age and €10 for children under 12 years of age.

Hourly rental
If you like doing things your way, you have the option of renting self-emptying single or double kayaks so you can enjoy the river at your own pace. From our activity center located on the banks of the Miño, you can go down to the river whenever you feel like it! This is a very peaceful area, from which you can easily access either side of the river by kayak and admire the breathtaking views of the International Iron Bridge that connects the two countries. Or you can simply relax and let yourself be carried away by the adventure of kayaking down the river.- Ideal season for performing: from June to August.
- Duration: Starting from one hour. Here you'll decide how long you want to spend in the water.
- Difficulty level: low, very accessible.

Night descent of the Miño river under the full moon
The night descent has become, in recent years, a must-do for river enthusiasts during the summer season. Taking advantage of the full moon nights in the summer months, we undertake a very special descent of the Miño river from Caldelas beach to the International Bridge, turning the river and the moon into the perfect combination to enjoy a special night on a kayak.- Upcoming dates: NOT AVAILABLE IN 2026
