It is essential to check the status of the reservation in your account on our website, by calling our telephone numbers 986 603 287 or 629 285 636 or by sending an email to info@verdeazul.es, with a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled time of the activity. .
If the payment of the reservation is not confirmed, the activity will not be carried out.
We reserve the right not to carry out the activity in case there is no adult over the age who is responsible for the minors during the same.
The trips will be punctual, so it must be at the point of departure, specified in the booking of the activity and at the agreed time. It is necessary that in case of not being able to adjust for a major cause, inform us as soon as possible in order to organize a new date and time.
The reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before the reservation. In the same way, you can modify this reservation with the same advance. Both processes will be carried out as far in advance as possible and at least 24 hours before the date and time set. If the client does not appear on the reservation or cancel it with a shorter time of those 24 hours, we reserve the right of non-return.
In case of cancellation, we will proceed to the return of the same form in which the payment was made.
Sometimes the weather conditions make it unwise to recommend the activity, so we give the option to change activity or dates to ensure a better experience.
Prior to the activity, a person responsible for Verdeazul Aventuras will inform about the correct use of the material and basic safety rules. During the activity, it is essential that these indications are followed. Verdeazul Aventuras is not responsible for the misuse of its material by users, the latter being ultimately responsible in case of incident.
Verdeazul Aventuras reserves the right to cancel and return the amount of an activity, if deemed appropriate.

The client will be totally and totally responsible for all the injuries and / or damages caused to his person, to the equipment and / or to third parties and / or properties of third parties, that could happen due to the improper use of this one.
The use of a helmet on bicycle routes and rafting and a paddle, kayak or rafting vest is mandatory (both included in the service).
All the rents of material that entails the transfer of the same of our facilities, will take the payment of a deposit that will be reimbursed at the moment of the delivery of the material in perfect state of use and in the same way in which the payment was made said deposit.
